Agoura Hills Academy (“AHA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, for our public marketing and admissions pages.
Measures we take
- Semantic page structure, headings, and labels on forms
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate
- Support for reduced motion where animations are used
- English and Simplified Chinese versions of key pages
- Ongoing review of color contrast and form error messaging
- Multi-step admissions forms (quick inquiry and full online application) with step progress announced to assistive technologies
Known limitations
We are continually improving accessibility. Our downloadable application.pdf enrollment packet may not be fully accessible in all assistive technologies; families may use the full online application on our Admissions page as an alternative. If you need another format, contact us and we will work with you.
Third-party services (such as our form delivery provider) may have their own accessibility characteristics. We choose vendors with care and welcome feedback if you encounter barriers.
